ActiveAdvantage offers members access to and use of our online travel booking website, subject to your acceptance without modification of the Terms and Conditions contained herein. By using or obtaining any content, materials, data, information, products, or services through our site, you agree to the following Terms:


Service Fees:
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for issuance of your airline ticket, car rental, hotel reservation, and cruise or tour booking.


Credit Cards:
When purchasing airline tickets for someone other than yourself (third-party), or when the credit card holder is traveling with passengers that have a different last name, the credit card holder MUST CALL WITHIN 12 HOURS of purchase to authorize the charge. Contact Active Advantage Travel Reservations Center at 1-800-280-4927. Failure to call may result in cancellation of reservations at the company’s discretion. This Travel website does not accept international credit cards.

Prices shown are for one adult and are subject to additional charges, including, without limitation: the September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 for each flight segment, with a maximum of up to $5 per one-way or $10 per round-trip; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending on itinerary; Federal Segment Fees of $3.20 per segment; a Travel Facilities Tax of up to $14 per round-trip for domestic flights beginning or ending in Alaska or Hawaii; and for international travel, foreign and U.S. Government-imposed charges of up to $200 per round-trip, depending on routing and destination. A segment is defined as a takeoff and a landing.


Changes, Voids, Cancellations
The Travel Reservations Center charges $25 per ticket plus airline fees for exchanges. The airline rules will be quoted to the customer before initiating an exchange. Additionally, some airline tickets issued are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.  Additional fees may be assessed by the travel supplier in the event of a refund or cancellation.  Additional fees may be assessed by the travel supplier in the event of refund or cancellation. Refunds from our suppliers will be made to our customers only after we have received the monies from those sources (supplier rules and restrictions will apply).


Unaccompanied Minors:
Children age 5 through 14 years may be required to use the airline's Unaccompanied Minor service. Additionally, you may be required to pay a fee to use this service, which is usually charged at check-in with specific airlines. Unaccompanied minor policies and fees vary by airline; please check with your airline for specific policies and fees.

You may use our web site for personal and non-commercial purposes only. PRIVACY:

CHECK-IN:
Minimum check-in time for domestic flights is 1 to 1 1/2 hours; 2 hours for international flights. A Picture I.D. is required for all domestic flights. Passports and Visas (when required) are mandatory for all international flights.

RECONFIRMATION:
Domestic flights should be reconfirmed at least 24 hours prior to departure and international flights at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to reconfirm may result in the loss of your reservation. Failure to use any reservations may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return reservations.

EXCURSION AND PROMOTIONAL FARES:
Most discount fares involve restrictions. A change in carrier(s), flight(s), time(s), or routing(s) could result in a carrier demanding a full Fare. Obtain agency or airline assistance before making changes. If your plans change enroute, apply the value of your tickets toward a re-issued one. It is not necessary to purchase a new ticket. If a refund is due, obtain a receipt from the airline. Departure times, flights and fares are based on current tariffs that are subject to change without notice.

TICKETS:
Canceled or unused tickets must be returned for proper credit to your account (airline rules and restrictions will apply). Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets must be paid for until refund is received from the issuing carrier, subject to the airline's imposed service charge.

HOTELS are usually confirmed on a guaranteed payment basis. If you cancel or change plans, please notify your hotel(s) within the time period specified.

IMPORTANT:
If you arrive at an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservation for you - do not leave the counter. Check your ticket, if the status box shows "OK" for the flight in question, the airline must accommodate you on that flight, or if that is not possible, they must either find you a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary, ask to speak with a Supervisor. We reserve the right to charge processing fees in the event of refunds, cancellations or special services. Proof of identity is required for both domestic and international travel. Necessary identification includes a valid Driver's License, Passport and Visas when required. It is each traveler's responsibility to verify the necessary travel documents required for each specific country to be visited prior to departure.


IMPORTANT NOTICE:
ActiveAdvantage and its agents try to secure the lowest possible fares suitable for your travel requirements based on space available at the time of booking, accessible sources of information, and knowledge of agents involved. Please verify the airline Fare Rules for the itinerary you are booking, since some fares are non-refundable and may result in penalties for changes or cancellations. Fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your tickets have been issued.

Retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute acceptance of all provisions in the conditions listed hereto, as well as those Terms and Conditions set forth in the announcements and circulars of the tour/package, cruise, or other service.
